At The Real Wool Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unused condition.

    Affix the provided return label or address the package to our retail location, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service provider.

    Quality Inspection and Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your returned wool products, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
